# Lockinna – Content protection for creators

> Lockinna finds where your photos and videos are shared without permission and sends the takedown requests for you.

Find your leaked content. Get it taken down. We scan the web for leaked copies of your photos and videos, then send DMCA takedown notices to the sites sharing them.

For independent creators and the teams behind them.

## Why creators can trust us

- **Finnish company, EU rules**: Based in Finland. Your data is handled under the EU’s GDPR.
- **Uploads are optional**: We use your files only to search for copies of them. Delete them anytime.
- **First scan within a day**: Your first full scan runs the same day your plan starts, or the next day at the latest.
- **Cancel anytime**: Cancel from your account. Cancel during the 30-day trial and you pay nothing.

## How it works

1. **Add your names and sites**: Tell us the names you use and where you publish. We search with your names and never flag your own sites as leaks.
2. **We find your leaks**: Our advanced scanner combs search engines and reverse image searches for your content, and recognises your photos even when they’ve been resized or reposted. We check every match before it lands in your findings, with a link to where we found it.
3. **We send takedown requests**: With Pro, we ask each site to remove the leak and you can follow every request.
4. **Track your statistics**: See everything in one dashboard: your findings, removal rate, new leaks each week and the sites sharing your content most. Download PDF reports whenever you need them.

## Frequently asked questions

### How do you find my content?

We use searches for your creator name alongside reverse-image searches and image matching. Add your own sites to help distinguish published content from potential leaks.

### Do I need to upload anything?

No. Uploading photos is optional. Your subscription includes the same service whether or not you upload any. If you choose to upload photos, we also search for copies of those specific photos.

### How are takedown requests handled?

With Pro, we review findings, send takedown requests on your behalf, and show their status in your dashboard.

### How long does a removal take?

Processing times depend on the site receiving the takedown request. If the site does not respond, we escalate the case for further action. You can follow the progress in your dashboard.

### Can I manage more than one creator?

Agency pricing is based on the number of creators you represent. Contact us to agree on a profile allowance. Each creator has a separate workspace for content, findings and reports.

### Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can manage your subscription through the billing portal in your account. Cancellation takes effect according to your current billing period.

### How quickly do you start?

Your first full scan runs the same day your plan starts, or the next day at the latest. New findings appear in your dashboard once we’ve reviewed them.

### What happens to the files I upload?

Uploading is optional. We use your files only to search for copies of them, and you can delete them from your account at any time.
